We offer flexible purchasing and scheduling options to support your needs. Please review our policy below before completing your purchase.

Purchase Options

• Sessions are sold as individual 1-hour bookings.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

• All purchases are for digital services only and do not include any physical goods.

Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

• Once the session has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling

• You may request to reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the session time, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated.

No-Shows

• If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, the session will be considered used, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
