Terms of Service – 1-Hour Digital Trading Session

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital trading session services. By booking or participating in a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Our service consists of a one-on-one digital trading session lasting approximately 1 hour, delivered online via video conferencing or another agreed-upon platform. The session includes education, strategy discussion, and trading insights for personal development purposes only.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued once the session has taken place, regardless of your attendance or satisfaction.

4. Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

5. No Guarantees or Financial Advice

  • The session is for educational and informational purposes only. No financial, investment, or trading advice is being offered.

  • We do not guarantee any specific results, earnings, or performance following the session.

  • You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the information discussed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and information shared during the session are the intellectual property of BARELYBEARISH and may not be recorded, distributed, or reproduced without express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damages—direct, indirect, or consequential—that may arise from your use of or reliance on the session content.

8. Conduct

  • We reserve the right to terminate any session immediately, without refund, if inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior occurs.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
